Don Stock Turns Down Lead Singer Role For Stryper
OC California band Stryper announced that Don Stock has declined to join them as lead vocalist and guitarist. Following a wild night at the Whiskey A Go Go and a four month guest gig touring across the US and Belize, the band was hopeful Don would join them on a permanent basis. Current lead vocalist Michael Sweet was quoted as saying, "Don's genius has obviously influenced every major band since 1986. It's our loss, but we look forward to hearing what he comes up with next."
